Program Description

Pre-work
We begin our process by completing questionnaires to help us understand your situation, culture, needs, and desired outcomes. We then conduct interviews with you and your program participants to determine how they see their own competence as they enter the program, and what they consider their most difficult challenges. This gives us a sense of what we need to focus on within the training for maximum progress.

Bank of Hours
The Bank of Hours is the “+” in our 4+ Module training program. We have made it integral to our program—because you can’t change behavior by simply taking a class.

Leadership Presence Bank of Hours IconIt works just like an ATM machine. You receive 10 (or more) post-module coaching/consulting hours as your “bank” and withdraw them as needed. Together we will determine how many hours to include for post classroom coaching. That’s your bank account. Withdrawals are made in full or fractions of hours.

Participants can use these post-module hours in whatever way is most effective and efficient for them. Banked hours can be used for individual or small group coaching or consultations, and participants may use that time to work with any or all of the TLSC experts.

Debrief
Finally, we provide an Executive Summary of our observations of your organization and emerging leaders, and the insights we’ve gained. This includes a feedback session to review the Summary and answer your questions. The debrief provides valuable information to consider as you strategize next steps and goals for your emerging leaders and your organization.

After listening to Diane Parente, I take a moment every morning when I’m getting ready for work to ask: Does my attire say authoritative or approachable? It made me take a step back and think about my visual presence in a whole new light.

—Lisa Sibley, Senior Public Relations Specialist, Robert Half

It’s important to respect the verbal communication styles of others. Karen Anderson Peters is a master at helping to identify what those styles are, where I fit into the puzzle, and how to use them to my advantage in business.
